The city of Lehi lives up to it’s slogan: “Lehi is a good place to live.”  The city is named after an LDS prophet from the Book of Mormon. With its infamous rodeo that draws top cowboys from all over America, and the Veteran’s Baseball Park, Lehi is sure to please. The city boasts an olympic -sized swimming pool, seven original historical buildings, and the beautiful Saratoga Springs Resort. Lehi is also home to the Heritage Theater, Wines Park and Willow Park. Residents can also enjoy the Traverse Shopping Center, and the entertaining Thanksgiving Point.

The newest edition to Lehi is the Frontrunner train stop. The commuter train travels between Provo and Ogden for easy and quick access. The city has recently become a growing tech hub with companies including Adobe, Microsoft, AtTask, Micron, Multipoint, Symantec taking up residence. Lehi is located near I-15, and central to Salt Lake and Utah Valley.

West of the city, you’ll find the Jordan River. Here the Overland Stage Coach Route, Pony Express Trail, and Transcontinental Telegraph all crossed through, helping contribute to its monetary boom. Around 1890, the Utah Sugar Plant was established, and the sugar beet became its most important cash crop. Currently, the Lehi Roller Mills, the Lehi Cafe, the Lehi Free Press, and Porter’s Place(named after the notorious Porter Rockwell), all contribute to the city’s beauty and success.
